Qualifications

• 8–15 years of IT sector experience with at least 4 in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and drive success across accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of services from kickoff to closeout per contract.
• Maintain relationships with architects, technical teams, and leadership across clients.
• Present software solutions to IT managers and executives.
• Prepare technical proposals and manage delivery of orders.
• Participate in escalation as needed.
• Coordinate teams and partners to align milestones and resources.
