Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or another customer-facing role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive adoption, value realization and customer outcomes by using insights to identify opportunities, remove barriers and support long-term success.
• Partner with Account Management to develop and execute shared account strategies, aligning priorities, stakeholders and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain customer success plans that connect business priorities, adoption milestones, success metrics and realized value, and assess health to mitigate risks.
• Lead executive business reviews to demonstrate realized value, align on strategic priorities and shape future account strategy.
• Champion the voice of the customer by providing actionable insights and influencing improvements across Product, Support and Sales.
