Veeam is seeking a Customer Success Engineer who thrives in collaborative, organized environments. You will own onboarding, adoption, and optimization for enterprise customers, applying DR&R expertise to drive measurable value across the Veeam Data Platform.

You will engage CISO/CIO stakeholders, define adoption roadmaps, and partner with Sales and CS to align outcomes with ARR growth. English fluency and hands-on experience with virtualization, storage, cloud platforms, and backup/recovery are

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
• VMCE certification required; AWS/Azure certifications preferred.
• Advanced English and strong executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization for customers.
• Identify churn risk, migrations, and upsell opportunities.
• Deliver resilience reports and DRMM assessments.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS on renewal strategy.
