Veeam is seeking a hands-on leader for the Kasten Specialist Solutions Engineering team, overseeing engineers across EMEA and APJ. You will drive technical discovery, solution architecture, demos, and POC execution to win complex enterprise deals.

You will partner with regional sales leaders to shape territory strategy, enablement, and ecosystem collaborations, while guiding the team to higher levels of technical credibility among enterprise architects and senior executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in enterprise software
• 3+ years in a people leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and virtualized environments in production or evaluation

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Kasten Specialist Solutions Engineers/Architects across EMEA and APJ
• Own the technical win across both regions: set the standard for discovery, solution architecture, demonstration, and POC execution
• Partner with regional specialist and field sales leaders on territory planning, pipeline development, and pursuit strategy
• Build Kasten and VDP Proxy technical capability across the wider Veeam field organization through enablement, certification, and repeatable assets
• Develop ecosystem technical relationships with Red Hat, AWS, SUSE, and channel partners
• Travel up to 30% across EMEA and APJ, with occasional global travel
