• A track record of owning broad or strategically important Customer Marketing outcomes.
• Experience making complex trade-offs across customers, markets, teams, and priorities.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify systemic opportunities or constraints.
• Experience building scalable systems, programmes, or ways of working.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Excellent communication, narrative, and strategic thinking skills.
• Comfort operating in complex, ambiguous environments and creating leverage beyond execution.
