Jobgether is seeking a Senior CRM Manager (Monetisation) based in France to own CRM-driven monetization initiatives and accelerate revenue growth. You will craft end‑to‑end lifecycle campaigns and work across acquisition through win‑back journeys with a data‑driven approach.

In this role you’ll balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution, manage high‑volume campaigns, and collaborate closely with Growth, Analytics, Design, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional CRM experience with strategic and hands‑on execution.
• Strong monetization mindset with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing customer lifecycle strategies and revenue growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead CRM monetization campaigns to drive revenue growth.
• Design and manage customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and win‑back stages.
• Independently configure CRM automations, campaigns, workflows, and related technical components.
• Develop audience segmentation and testing framework to improve performance.
• Build and maintain a robust A/B testing framework and analyze results for action.
• Monitor CRM metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Design, Product, and Engineering to align CRM with broader goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve user journeys and monetization performance.
