EverAI Limited is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM across onboarding, first purchase, retention, and reactivation. You will own email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions, driving revenue growth at scale.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to build a robust CRM playbook, run experiments, and optimize journeys for millions of users.

Formación

• You’ve scaled CRM with revenue and conversion improvements in a high-volume B2C subscription context.
• You’ve driven revenue through CRM, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
• You think like a builder: create segments, journeys, experiments, and campaign logic end-to-end.
• You prove what works with testing, control groups, attribution, and incrementality.
• You move quickly, own initiatives, and drive momentum without waiting for perfect information.
• You communicate clearly across technical, creative, and commercial teams in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own CRM lifecycle strategy and execution across onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Design onboarding, abandoned payment, offers, and follow-up journeys to turn users into paying customers.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, and LTV through smarter segmentation and timing.
• Build experiments, measure outcomes, scale winners, and turn results into new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tooling, tracking, messages, offers, and reporting.
