Astreya seeks a Contracts Administrator III to ensure contracts are executed accurately for both vendor and client, and to lead drafting of complex technology agreements while mentoring a global team of contract drafters.

The role involves drafting and reviewing SaaS, software licensing, and IT services agreements; processing contracts per client policies; maintaining a detailed internal database; and tracking authorizations and deliverables with a focus on risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years related contract drafting experience.
• Experience drafting and reviewing technology-related agreements (SaaS, IT services).
• Fluent in English with high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a functional resource and peer mentor for a geographically diverse team of contract drafters; assist in coordinating workflows, answering process or template-related questions, and sharing drafting best practices.
• Draft and review complex agreements across data center categories including SaaS, software licensing, and professional IT services.
• Process contracts according to client policies.
• Maintain an internal database with pertinent information, including legal documents.
• Assist in preparation and revision of contracts involving the purchase/sale of goods and services.
• Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.
• Track authorizations and correspondence, maintaining detailed and organized files.
• Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including reporting and status of deliverables.
• Maintain an audit file for each contract including original contract, changes, amendments, and payment schedules.
• Analyze and mitigate risk.
