Pennylane SAS is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Contracts to partner with Sales, Partnerships, Security, Finance and Product teams. You will draft, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial and operating agreements, while driving scalable contracting processes.

You will support cross‑border Europe initiatives, focusing on IP/IT and SaaS contracts, and contribute to templates, playbooks and legal culture across the company.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contract law, ideally in IP/IT, technology or SaaS.
• Fluent in English; working knowledge of French and German.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial and operational agreements from drafting through signature and post-signature follow-up.
• Improve contracting processes, templates, playbooks and tools to support growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Security, Finance and Product teams to provide pragmatic legal guidance.
• Manage international contracts with partner firms, suppliers and integrators, focusing on cross-border complexity.
