Pennylane is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Contracts to partner with Sales, Partnerships, Security, Finance and Product teams across Europe. You will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, build scalable processes, and help manage a growing mix of customers, suppliers and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with experience in contract law, IP/IT, SaaS or tech companies.
• Experience working across France and Europe in multi‑jurisdictional environments.
• Strong expertise in B2B SaaS agreements, IP, indemnification, liability caps and data provisions.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate commercial and operational agreements from drafting to signature.
• Improve contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and contribute to a scalable legal function.
• Manage international supplier and partner contracts, including non-disclosure and data provisions.
• Provide pragmatic legal guidance to Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Security and Product teams.
• Train non-legal teams and promote a strong contractual culture across the company.
