Redwire Space is seeking a Contracts Specialist, Sr. Lead to support a growing portfolio of U.S. Government, Commercial Aerospace, and international contracts.

You will contribute to proposal development, contract review, change management, negotiations support, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with program, engineering, finance, supply chain, and senior contracts staff to ensure compliant, competitive proposals and manage a diverse set of contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of experience in contracts, subcontracts, supply chain, proposal support, or related roles.
• Ability to operate in high-tempo, deadline-driven environments with quarter-end surge activity.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with document/data management tools.
• Some travel may be required (10-15%).
• U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Review RFP requirements, gather inputs, and prepare contract-related proposal content.
• Develop RFPs for suppliers and subcontractors, coordinate requirements, assist evaluations.
• Contribute to negotiation preparation and support customer or supplier discussions.
• Support contract change management, including drafting and developing justifications for modifications and equitable adjustments.
• Review NDA, teaming agreements, proposals, and contract documents, including changes and amendments.
• Prepare summaries of risks, assumptions, and contractual considerations for leadership reviews.
• Process and track contract documents, deliverables, funding actions, and correspondence using contract management tools and CD RL systems.
• Monitor contract compliance and assist in preparing required contractual deliverables.
• Maintain professional communication with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
