Pennylane is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Contracts to partner with Sales, Partnerships and Product teams across Europe. You will draft, negotiate and manage a broad range of commercial and operational agreements, from initial drafting through signature and post-signature follow-up.

You will help optimize contracting processes, templates, playbooks and legal culture to support Pennylane’s rapid growth across France and international markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contract law, esp. IP/IT, tech or SaaS.
• Fluent in English; working knowledge of French and German.
• Strong expertise in B2B SaaS agreements, incl. IP, indemnification, liability caps, SLAs and data provisions.
• Autonomous and able to manage matters from start to finish.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate international contracts and related agreements with a focus on Germany outside France.
• Maintain and improve contract templates; support scalable contracting processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Security and Product teams; advise on contract strategy.
