Dedale Intelligence is seeking a Content & Lead Generation Specialist to own the content-to-pipeline engine across platforms, newsletters, gated reports, and email sequences. You will design, produce, distribute, and optimize content that turns Dedale's intelligence into qualified leads—across our platform, LinkedIn, and campaigns.

You will manage end-to-end streams from editorial decisions to performance data, collaborating with Sales, CS, Topic Leads, and Product.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, including high-impact internships.
• Proven ability to own a B2B content stream end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Solid SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, keyword strategy).
• Proactive, organized, and autonomous; able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Generation Engine & Social Media: manage calendar, gate reports, and lead capture; drive LinkedIn presence; write newsletters; design email sequences; manage LinkedIn Ad campaigns.
• Editorial & Platform Content Ownership: own Tech Leaders interview series; build and manage Super Experts stream; support Talent Intelligence and US storytelling; maintain employer branding.
• SEO, GEO & Website Optimization: own organic search performance; perform SEO/GEO audits; optimize on-page content and structured data; improve lead capture on Webflow.
• Event Support & Intelligence Capitalization: manage pre/post-event briefs; publish intelligence pages; assist event logistics and content distribution.
• Performance Tracking & Strategic Insights: track campaigns; extract data; provide actionable insights to refine strategy.
