Freeda seeks a senior construction expert to lead a business unit responsible for end-to-end file analysis, planning, delivery, and reporting. You will coordinate a cross-functional team including an ex-ops partner, product lead, and forward deployed engineer, ensuring high-quality, timely outputs while expanding Freeda’s global reach.

The role requires deep construction know-how, a track record across phases, and fluency in French and English to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years in construction on site and in analysis of building documents across phases.
• Bilingual French/English, written and spoken.
• Experience on commercial, residential, or data center projects and with owners/investors.

Responsabilités

• Act as the final technical authority on BU files; own project delivery from planning to reports.
• Read and analyse project files across feasibility to DCE and across all trades.
• Decide what constitutes real site risk and deliver findings with clear priority.
• Advise clients on technical substance while maintaining credibility.
• Produce reports and lead others in report production; coach juniors as the BU grows.
