Aligned Data Centers in France seeks a Senior Construction Program Manager to lead large, fast-moving data center projects across multiple regions. You will direct day-to-day construction operations, manage ground-up builds, remodels, and ensure alignment with company standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 7+ years progressive experience managing commercial construction projects or programs.
• Strong knowledge of building construction and project management processes at a national scale.
• Experience with data center design in various geographies in North America.
• Ability to analyze construction documents including drawings, specs and contracts.
• CPM scheduling, cost estimating, proposals, document management and contract administration.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and project leadership for ground-up construction, remodels, and renovations, ensuring projects meet company expectations.
• Organize cross-functional work groups to achieve construction management best practices.
• Direct up to 25+ external vendors per project including GC, A/E, commissioning, equipment suppliers.
• Implement company processes and best management practices within areas of responsibility.
• Oversee contract administration including generation, review, management, and monitoring of prime/subcontracts and change orders.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams.
• Pursue training and career development opportunities.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and report progress to management on a timely basis.
