Freeda in Paris is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the AI-assisted compliance review platform used by construction professionals. You will shape the end-to-end review experience, reduce manual steps and ensure experts trust the findings.

You will collaborate with AI engineers, product designers and the reviewers, prioritise features, specify wireframes and prototypes, and manage a prioritised backlog in Linear. Ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning complex workflows for a product with user steps.
• Owned an internal or expert-facing tool where time was the product.
• Experience in scale-ups; hands-on researcher, wireframer and writer.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop design and surfacing model output.
• Able to discuss with AI engineers and write precise specs.
• Nice to have background in architecture/construction or reg/compliance.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end review experience and reduce manual steps.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and reviewers to ship features.
• Specify features with annotated wireframes or clickable prototypes.
• Prioritize backlog and work with delivery teams in Linear.
• Ensure the delivered interaction matches the spec and user needs.
• Close the loop by measuring impact and adoption post-release.
