CEVA Logistics is seeking a Technical Manager / Project Manager (Engineering & Construction) to lead cross-functional technical projects in France. You will collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance, coordinating external contractors and ensuring successful delivery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering and 5–10 years of experience in construction or real estate environments, with fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years in technical project management, construction, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and sustainability topics.

Responsabilités

• Define and formalize technical specifications and scopes of work across multiple domains.
• Lead and coordinate tender processes with Procurement (RFQs, bid analysis, contractor selection).
• Manage technical aspects of projects from design to delivery, incl. feasibility studies and design reviews.
• Oversee execution, including planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards (HSE).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
