This is a high-visibility role in a business known for innovation, premium positioning and strong momentum in the French aesthetics market.

The impact you'll make

• You will sit at the intersection of clinical expertise, education and premium customer experience:
• Deliver advanced theoretical + hands‑on training for physicians, KOLs, and internal teams
• Build and evolve education content aligned to new protocols, product innovation, and best practice
• Become a go‑to clinical expert for the field team
• Support launches, workshops and flagship events with credible clinical leadership
• Capture and translate field feedback into training improvements and smarter clinical adoption.

You will possess:

• A medical or aesthetics background
• Strong experience in medical aesthetics and/or aesthetic technologies
• Comfortable leading groups and coaching clinicians in both classroom and hands‑on settings.
• Fluent in French and English.
