Job summary

Home Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for Medical Aesthetics in Paris to own revenue growth across the Paris territory, selling dermal fillers, biostimulators, thread lifts and skin boosters to aesthetic clinics.

You will develop new business, expand existing accounts, lead pricing discussions, train practitioners and drive CRM driven pipeline planning, supported by market insights and a strong client-facing approach.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within medical aesthetics or a closely aligned market.
• Track record of revenue growth and territory development.
• Knowledge of the French medical aesthetics market and clinics.
• Experience winning new clinic accounts and expanding revenue.
• Ability to influence product preference and purchasing decisions.
• Capable of pricing discussions and structured account plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth across Paris through new business and account expansion.
• Identify, prospect and convert clinics and injectors into active customers.
• Increase product adoption and cross-portfolio purchasing.
• Develop relationships with clinic owners and practitioners for growth.
• Lead pricing discussions, negotiations and account development plans.
• Provide product training to improve practitioner knowledge.
• Manage territory planning, pipeline, forecasting and CRM reporting.
• Represent the business at events and capture market intelligence.
