GE Vernova seeks a Senior Engineer – CCB Chair to lead high-complexity change reviews, manage the PLM GTCC change queue and mentor team members. You will direct daily change management, ensure on-time delivery, and drive KPI improvements across GT, GEN, HRSG, Aero, and BOP segments.

You will coordinate resources, perform impact analyses, and support UAT and training, contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives at the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Minimum 10 years' experience as Design Engineer and/or Systems Engineer.
• Strong organizational, facilitation and leadership skills.
• Proven record of concurrently managing projects, monitoring progress and quality.

Responsabilités

• Examine and approve CHGIs from PLM GTCC queue covering multiple technologies.
• Lead Daily Management for on-time execution of CHGIs and CAs.
• Own OTD and quality KPIs for change execution.
• Engage in change process development and UAT in PALM tool.
• Lead Technical Change Forum (TCF) meetings and training sessions.
• Develop and harmonize processes for productivity and lean improvements.
