GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer – CCB Chair to lead the Change Control Board across multiple turbine and generator technologies. The role drives high-complexity change approvals, conducts impact analyses, and mentors team members in change-management practices.

You will oversee daily management, KPI tracking for on-time delivery and quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to advance process improvements and tool development, including UAT for PALM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years as design engineer or systems engineer.
• Strong organizational, facilitation and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience implementing new tools and processes.

Responsabilités

• Preside the CCB for high-complexity changes; approve CHGIs and analyze impacts across multiple technologies.
• Coordinate daily change-management tasks; lead meetings and monitor progress with dashboards.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality for CHGIs and Change Actions (CAs).
• Own OTD and quality KPIs for change execution.
• Support senior engineers to improve operational KPIs and harmonize processes.
• Lead development and testing of PALM-based change tools and UAT.
