BIC World is seeking an experienced Enterprise Change Management Head to drive pragmatic change, enable local adoption, and accelerate value realization across transformation initiatives. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, develop scalable change frameworks, and coach frontline teams to embed new ways of working.

Applicants should bring 8+ years in change management, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and a track record of delivering in multicultural environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or operational enablement roles.
• Experience delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder and multicultural environments.
• Bachelor’s degree and Change Management certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a simple, scalable change framework with assets that can be deployed across initiatives.
• Work hands-on with regional teams to translate global designs into local rollouts and coaching for managers.
• Co-create and cascade manager toolkits, local communication packs, and engagement moments.
• Define adoption KPIs and establish feedback loops to accelerate time-to-adoption and sustain outcomes.
• Collaborate with global and local teams (e.g., Phoenix/Technology & Digital) to drive end-user outcomes.
