GE Vernova is seeking a Lead tooling and methods engineer to support repair, maintenance and upgrade projects for generator fleets. You will lead tooling design, author methods, and work with global teams to ensure compliant, efficient tooling solutions.

The role focuses on new product introductions, RTS phases, and continuous improvement of tooling processes, while collaborating with application engineers, design teams and site personnel to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in tooling development and repairs is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical teams and customers.

Responsabilités

• Tooling design leadership for repairs, maintenance and new builds.
• Ensure compliance with applicable technical regulations & standards.
• Provide inputs to costing and validation of engineering solutions.
• Lead tooling design, deliverables (parts, assemblies, 2D/3D) and RPDM structure.
• Maintain procedures and lists of operations / FSI or ITPL.
• Lead customer meetings when required.
• Contribute to NPI and RTS phases.
• Develop and maintain tooling/method solutions for upgrades.
