A global leader in energy solutions is seeking a Head of Change and Configuration Programs to strategically oversee Change and Configuration Management within their Engineering Organization. The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensuring effective execution of processes across product lines, while driving innovation and compliance throughout the supply chain. Candidates should possess an engineering degree and over 10 years of engineering or project management experience, preferably in nuclear energy. Fluency in English and French is required.

Your Role

As Head of Change and Configuration Programs, you will play a strategic role within our Engineering Organization, ensuring the effective execution of Change Management (ChM) and Configuration Management (CM) processes across all product lines. You will lead a team of specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement, while deploying best practices and methodologies to drive innovation across transversal functions such as Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and HR. Your responsibility includes guaranteeing compliance and design consistency internally and throughout the supply chain, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

• Manage and mentor ChM and CM teams, ensuring operational excellence.
• Monitor workload and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Create a collaborative environment aligned with project goals.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with stakeholders (Project Managers, Engineering Leads, Procurement, Quality) to integrate ChM and CM into project plans.
• Track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and risk management.

Process & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company standards and work instructions.
• Promote continuous improvement of tools and methodologies.

Tools & Knowledge Transfer

• Manage access to ChM and CM tools, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Train and onboard new team members for process proficiency.

Your Profile

• Engineering/Science degree (Master’s or equivalent).
• 10+ years in engineering/project management (EPC contracts in energy production).
• Leadership & Team Spirit: Ability to inspire and drive change.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical and solution-oriented.
• Communication: Fluent in English and French (additional languages a plus).
• Resilient & Innovative: Comfortable in dynamic environments.
• Experience in nuclear energy (strong plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Quality certifications (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
• Knowledge of IT interfaces and tool enhancements.
• Proficiency in PLM systems (3DX Enovia, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill).

• Suivre la charge de travail et la performance, identifier et atténuer les risques.
• Créer un environnement collaboratif aligné sur les objectifs des projets.

Coordination des projets

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes (Chefs de projet, Leads Engineering, Achats, Qualité) pour intégrer ChM et CM dans les plans de projet.
• Suivre l’avancement des projets, en garantissant la livraison dans les délais et la gestion des risques.

Processus et conformité

• Assurer le respect des standards et des instructions de travail de l’entreprise.
• Promouvoir l’amélioration continue des outils et des méthodologies.

Outils et transfert de connaissances

• Gérer l’accès aux outils ChM et CM, en garantissant leur bonne utilisation et maintenance.
• Former et intégrer les nouveaux membres de l’équipe pour une maîtrise des processus.

Votre Profil

• Diplôme en ingénierie/sciences (Master ou équivalent).
• Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en ingénierie/gestion de projet (contrats EPC dans la production d’énergie).
• Leadership et esprit d’équipe : capacité à inspirer et à conduire le changement.
• Résolution de problèmes : analytique et orienté solutions.
• Communication : maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (langues supplémentaires appréciées).
• Résilience et innovation : à l’aise dans des environnements dynamiques.
• Expérience dans le secteur nucléaire (fort atout).

Qualifications Souhaitées
