GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Leader – Technical Documentation Configuration Management to define the maxcase deliverables and manage documentation across GT/GEN/ST product lines.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and engineering teams to ensure timely, compliant documentation and structured PLM storage. You will lead KPI development, drive Kaizen events, and advance digital tooling to streamline document management from NPI to product support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Computer Science.
• 5 years’ experience in engineering design and definition of power plant equipment.
• Experience with documentation requirements, quality management, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Transforming project requirements and DoR into Model List Items for maxcase documentation.
• Maintain a digitized master record per MLI within ATQ.
• Governance to ensure documentation flow to Engineering teams and suppliers.
• Establish routines to set due dates for documents (internal and external).
• Provide digitized due date transformation into Primavera (P6) schedules.
• Develop processes to maintain master data through NPI, non-conformance, cost out, pivot to value.
• Establish KPIs aligned with the organization and daily management.
• Authoring technical requirements for documentation towards Suppliers.
• Functional owner of GT/GEN/ST Technical Documentation Management across GE Gas Power.
• Support problem solving across the documentation lifecycle and provide technical guidance.
• Leading Kaizen events, Gemba, Standard Work, and work instructions creation.
• Define IT tool requirements for Digital Engineering and drive implementation.
