CEVA Logistics in Île-de-France is seeking a senior compensation professional to orchestrate regional pay structures, ranges and incentives. You’ll deliver dashboards, run annual reward cycles, translate market benchmarks into actionable guidance for HRBPs and managers.

You’ll partner with Mercer/WTW/Aon benchmarks, automate tooling, coach leaders and promote self-service while ensuring pay equity and governance across 6-8 years of experience in a multi-country setup.

Qualifications

• Master’s in HR, Economics, Data or Finance.
• Advanced Excel and HRIS familiarity.
• Experience in compensation in a multi-country environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and evolve regional salary structures, pay ranges and incentives.
• Run the engine of the annual reward cycle: merit matrix, budget envelopes, campaign tools (SAP SuccessFactors) and labor cost monitoring.
• Translate Mercer/WTW/Aon benchmarks into actionable guidance for HRBPs.
• Build dashboards that flag pay gaps, drift and anomalies, and participate in AI programs.
