Job summary

Magna Financial is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to accelerate growth across France. You will own your market, leverage an established network of clients, introducers and professionals to drive FX sales and revenue, while managing the full sales cycle from introduction to onboarding.

This senior, market-facing role offers remote work from France with travel as required, and a commission-driven structure designed to reward performance as Magna expands across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven senior FX sales experience.
• Established client, introducer, and intermediary network across France.
• Track record of generating new revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across France through your existing network, relationships, referrals and targeted business development.
• Leverage your client book and professional network to identify and convert new opportunities.
• Develop and grow relationships with clients, introducers and intermediaries.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial introduction through to onboarding, trade execution and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities across both Corporate and Private Clients and understand their FX requirements.
• Build strong relationships with wealth managers, mortgage advisors, real estate professionals and financial advisers.
• Develop repeat business, referrals and increased revenue from existing relationships.
• Take ownership of your pipeline, activity and revenue performance.
• Work closely with Trading, Sales Support and Finance to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Use your knowledge of the French market to identify new sectors, regions and partnership opportunities.
• Contribute market intelligence and insight to Magna's wider European growth strategy.
