Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Banking/Financing Legal Counsel to join our Paris-based team. You will work with the Head of M&A and Finance Legal Counsel, structuring and negotiating financing transactions that support our AI-driven growth, including data center investments and corporate financing across borders.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of legal experience, strong English/French communication, and expertise in LMA documentation and project finance.

Qualifications

• Law degree with admission to practice in France or EU country.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience, including 4+ years in an international law firm.
• Proven track record in structuring and negotiating non-dilutive financing deals, including loans, asset-backed and project finance.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and close financing documentation for non-dilutive transactions.
• Advise on financing structures for data center and compute infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with external counsel on cross-border financing structures and multi-jurisdictional deals.
