Mistral is seeking a Labour Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Legal team. You will harmonize labour law practices globally, serving as the legal liaison for HR and collaborating with local counsels worldwide.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience, strong French labour law expertise, and an international mindset to navigate cross-border employment issues in a fast-growing multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in French Labour Law; additional international labour law certifications are a plus.
• 4–6 years’ experience with strong focus on French labour law, and exposure to US/UK jurisdictions.
• International mindset and experience coordinating with teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven expertise in handling employee relations, contract drafting, and collective representation.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical, hands-on legal advice on individual and collective employee relationships in alignment with HR and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and advise on lifecycle issues.
• Advise on collective representation matters, including CSE and related bodies.
• Collaborate with HR and local counsels on cross-border issues and mobility.
• Monitor regulatory developments across key jurisdictions and adapt internal processes.
