Runware is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and evolve the systems and APIs powering the Web App and DevEx. You will collaborate with backend, frontend, Product and Design teams to create reliable developer-facing APIs and functionality that simplify AI infrastructure.

You will take ownership of backend work from requirements to delivery, contributing to quality, reliability, and evolution of the Web App and APIs. Expect autonomous work and core technical decisions across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven backend API design and implementation experience.
• Experience building reliable, well-tested production systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and security.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain internal and developer-facing APIs and services powering the Web App and DevEx.
• Develop public API functionality including task types, validation, routing, and WebSocket/REST behavior.
• Own Admin API and panel used across Runware.
• Collaborate on usage, billing, and customer data accuracy, including Stripe.
• Investigate production issues and security vulnerabilities.
• Write, test, and review clean, maintainable code and promote best practices.
• Clarify requirements with Product and Design; define scoped technical solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor engineers.
