Candidates should have 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience and proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript. Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with backend or full-stack development in production systems.
• Ability to write clear specifications and reference implementations.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks.

• Review peer-generated tasks for correctness and clarity.

Connaissances

Advanced professional written proficiency in English

Strong proficiency in Python

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)

Ability to debug large codebases

Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations
