Mistral.ai is seeking an experienced leader to head Developer Experience, guiding a high-performing team of engineers focused on developer tooling and infrastructure. You will own delivery of the team roadmap, drive improvements in CI/CD, build systems, and cloud registries, and shape the developer experience strategy across our AI platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage architecture decisions, and mentor engineers to raise the bar on productivity and code quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevEx/DevOps or related field.
• Masters degree in CS or IT or related.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go).

Responsabilités

• Empower your team and remove obstacles to keep engineers focused on building developer tools and platforms.
• Own the delivery of your team’s roadmap for developer experience improvements (CI/CD, build systems, registries).
• Define roadmap and priorities for developer experience and involve the whole team in product direction.
• Lead architecture design, code reviews, and technical decisions for developer tooling.
