Wand Synthesis AI Inc is hiring a backend-leaning full-stack engineer for a greenfield, customer-facing product. You will own backend and data layer decisions, design scalable architectures, and ship across the stack from APIs to UI when needed.

Expect a fast-moving environment where you’ll shape core system design and leverage AI tooling for rapid delivery. You should be comfortable taking true ownership, arguing for architectural directions, and delivering end-to-end solutions in a small team

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to design services, data models, and APIs end-to-end.
Experience delivering customer-facing products at scale.
Comfort building across the stack from backend to UI when needed.
Proven track record starting projects from zero and owning architecture.

Responsabilités

Own backend architecture end-to-end for a greenfield product, designing services, data model, and APIs from scratch.
Design data structures and system architecture for a customer-facing product built to scale, considering performance and reliability.
Build and maintain backend services and APIs (Go and Node.js favored, track record matters more than stack).
Contribute to frontend when required; ship across the stack and reason about UI implications.
Take true end-to-end ownership: propose, defend, and build directions without waiting for others.
Work inside an AI-driven workflow using Claude Code as a core tool for shipping.
Operate in a small, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and ambiguous ownership.
