Yahoo Ads Performance Measurement team seeks a Performance Measurement Lead to scale advanced measurement adoption with Yahoo Ads sellers and clients. You will translate analyses into actionable media optimization plans and drive executive-facing narratives across GTM teams.

Qualifications

8+ years in digital advertising measurement or attribution analytics.
4+ years in client-facing roles influencing executives and sellers.
Strong understanding of privacy/signal-loss ecosystems.
Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate data synthesis and enablement workflows.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain a menu of measurement solutions (incrementality, MTA, etc.).
Translate findings into strategic media optimization recommendations with ROAS and CPA focus.
Integrate enterprise AI tools into measurement workflows to analyze signals and draft case studies.
Identify automated, AI-driven efficiencies for reporting and sales enablement.
Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, Data Science, and GTM teams to drive adoption.
