Qonto is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build AI-powered tooling for financial crime compliance, enabling faster, more confident decisions and supporting the path to a full banking licence.

You will design production-grade services that connect AI models to our compliance workflows, own end-to-end architecture, automate AML/AFC operations, and drive continuous improvement in a small, high-impact team.
