Qonto is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Product Manager to elevate the customer experience through innovative ML-powered solutions. You will own the ML product roadmap end-to-end, coordinating with data science, engineering and business teams to deliver value-driven features and scalable AI capabilities.

You will drive measurable impact by collaborating across the full stack, aligning AI initiatives with strategic goals, and communicating decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own the ML product roadmap end-to-end, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs
• Lead ML solutions for products (e.g., attachments matching, transaction categorization) from discovery to delivery
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to implement ML capabilities delivering measurable value
• Articulate decisions and rationale to customers, product, and executive teams
• Monitor model performance and product impact, making data-driven improvements
