Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a product-focused Compliance Workflow Designer to lead AI-driven customer verification and lifecycle checks in KYC/AML. You will translate complex regulatory logic into practical flows and partner with Operations to scale a global workflow platform.

Ideal candidates ship compliant, automated checks for identity, sanctions, and fraud, and will migrate legacy tooling to modern, agentic workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping products in KYC, AML, fraud, or another regulated domain.
• Ability to translate dense regulatory logic into clear, buildable workflows.
• Experience partnering closely with operations teams.

• Own entry-into-relationship checks, including identity, fraud, and sanctions rules.
• Design AI-driven, agentic compliance workflows that automate routine checks.
• Simplify periodic reviews for high-risk customers.
• Help migrate hundreds of Operations reviewers from a legacy tool to a purpose-built workflow platform.
• Partner daily with Operations and ship changes shaping the work of a global operations team.
• Own customer verification from initial sign-up through periodic review.
• Report to Quentin, Director of Product for Customer Lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience shipping products in KYC, AML, fraud, or another regulated domain

• Fluent in English
