Qualifications

• 1+ years in data labeling, annotation, AI training or evaluation.
• Experience building scalable high-performance software applications.
• Understanding of data quality metrics and QA practices.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and model data impact on performance.
• People management, coaching, training program development, or certification experience.
• Experience leading small teams in data labeling, annotation, or operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL experience is a plus.
• Experience with distributed teams or mixed employment models is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned human data projects, reviewing work and ensuring data quality at scale.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of AI Tutors, including performance reviews and development plans.
• Participate directly in labeling, annotation, evaluation to maintain high standards.
• Establish QA processes, taxonomy standards, workflow guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
• Monitor KPIs (quality, throughput, send-back rates) and improve team efficiency.
• Develop training materials, practice exercises, and certification benchmarks.
• Partner with data managers and engineers to translate AI model requirements into labeling strategies.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and performance management.
• Document outcomes, communicate status, risks, and results to stakeholders.
• Represent AI Tutor team needs across the organization.
