DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a full-time AI Data Annotation Team Lead based in Paris to lead a team delivering complex data annotation for a leading AI Lab. The Team Lead will own day-to-day coordination of the on-site annotation team and the quality of its output, acting as the bridge between the team and the client\'s quality and engineering functions.

This is hands-on leadership for someone with people management and deep data-annotation expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data annotation or quality teams.
• Strong ML and data annotation background and understanding of workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and structured approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and motivate an on-site team of annotators on technical tasks.
• Run daily operations: stand-ups, task Assignment, tracking and shifts.
• Own end-to-end annotation quality, calibrations and retraining as needed.
• Act as liaison with client quality and engineering teams, resolve ambiguities.
• Maintain daily quality and productivity tracking and reporting.
• Interview, onboard, train, coach, and develop annotators.
• Ensure adherence to confidentiality and data-handling requirements.
• Coordinate with DataForce operations to improve client services.
