Lever, Inc. is seeking an Expert Team Lead, Medicine in France to lead and grow a high-accountability data team focused on high-quality medical data for AI systems. You will supervise, coach, and assess AI Tutors, while collaborating with Human Data and Engineering teams to translate model needs into effective data strategies.

You will review domain-specific work, manage performance, and ensure adherence to guidelines, processes, and standards in a fast-paced environment across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training or evaluation, or similar operational work.
• Medical/clinical background with ability to review domain-specific work.
• Experience in coaching, performance management, and training programs.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects, reviewing medical-domain work for accuracy and guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of AI Tutors with regular reviews and improvement plans.
• Participate in labeling and review activities to maintain high data quality.
• Maintain QA processes, taxonomy management, and adherence to guidelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
