Lever, Inc. in France seeks an Expert Team Lead, Engineering to guide a team delivering high-quality training data for AI models. You will review technical work, set standards, coach AI Tutors, and drive performance metrics.

Collaboration with Human Data and Engineering teams is essential to translate requirements into effective labeling strategies. You will ensure adherence to guidelines, manage certifications, and communicate project status.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or higher in a technical field.
• 2+ years engineering experience in design, analysis, testing, or systems integration.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and data quality in models.
• Advanced degree or professional credentials preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects.
• Lead and coach a team of AI Tutors and contractors.
• Participate in labeling and review activities to maintain standards.
• Adhere to guidelines, taxonomies, and QA processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data quality, throughput, and send-back rates.
• Create training materials and certification benchmarks.
• Manage certification processes and workforce decisions.
• Translate model requirements into labeling strategies and guidelines.
• Develop team members and maintain high-performance culture.
• Document outcomes and communicate status, risks, results.
• Represent AI Tutors' needs across the organization.
