NiCE Cognigy seeks a seasoned Senior Presales professional based in Germany to own the technical narrative for enterprise opportunities across Eastern Europe. You will work closely with the DACH team, opening and growing the CEE markets, and shape solutions that close seven-figure deals.

You will represent NiCE Cognigy at events, drive thought leadership, and collaborate with product teams to feedback customer requirements while supporting POCs and executive briefings across the region.

Qualifications

• Seasoned presales consultant with enterprise deal experience.
• Deep enterprise software and CCaaS/automation background.
• Proficient in AI agents, generative AI, and related tooling.

Responsabilités

• Own technical narrative for Eastern European deals across the CE region.
• Lead discovery calls and deep-dive sessions with stakeholders.
• Deliver tailored product demos for technical and business audiences.
