Job summary

A global reinsurance leader is seeking an experienced actuary to enhance their Captive Programmes across EMEA. The role involves supporting the structuring and evaluation of tailored programmes, collaborating with Treaty teams, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ideally, candidates have at least 4 years of experience in relevant fields including consulting, auditing, or broking, and possess strong networking and collaboration skills. This position offers flexibility in location and the opportunity to work in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in an actuarial role.
• Experience in auditing, consultancy, captives, reinsurance, or broking is desirable.
• Strong understanding of the interaction between different lines of business.

About You

• You’re an experienced actuary with at least 4 years of professional experience.
• Your background could be in auditing, consultancy, captives, reinsurance, or broking.
• You have a strong understanding of various lines of business and how they interact.
• You’re fluent in English, and knowledge of another European language is a plus.
• You’re a natural networker with excellent collaboration skills.
