You will develop expertise in a global reinsurance business, communicating with clients and reinsurers, handling market information, and supporting placements and renewals with a structured, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, International Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services is beneficial.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our broking teams and helping ensure the smooth management of client and reinsurer relationships.

You will:

• Support communication and day-to-day interactions with clients and reinsurers.
• Collect, organise, and analyse market, client, and compliance information.
• Prepare and maintain marketing documents, reports, and information packs.
• Track reinsurer responses and assist with placement activities.
• Respond to and coordinate queries from clients, reinsurers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of slips, endorsements, wordings, and other placement documentation.
• Coordinate the preparation of presentations, meeting materials, and client documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure files meet internal and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with brokers and other colleagues to support renewals and ongoing client servicing.
• Help improve processes and contribute to the efficient delivery of client service.

About you

Here's what you'll bring to the role:

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, International Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate confidently in both languages.
• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or another professional services environment is beneficial.
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• The ability to organise and manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
