Job summary

Gallagher Re in Paris is seeking a Client Service Advocate – Reinsurance to coordinate the servicing needs of assigned clients and connect them with broking, accounting and operations teams. This international role focuses on maintaining quality client experiences and ensuring timely post-placement service.

You will support renewals, reviews and client presentations while driving standardised data flows, improving processes, and leveraging Gallagher-approved technology and AI tools to validate

Qualifications

• Experience in technical accounting or client servicing in insurance or reinsurance
• Fluency in French and English enabling international communication
• Strong client-service mindset and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Confidence working with contractual, accounting and payment-related information, with strong attention to detail
• Organised and proactive with ability to coordinate multiple activities and follow up on actions
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain requirements clearly
• Interest in improving processes and data flows, especially around client data and standardisation
• Comfortable with digital tools and AI solutions to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day servicing relationship for assigned clients, providing a local point of contact
• Coordinate post-placement activities between clients, brokers, processing and accounting teams
• Maintain oversight of contractual and financial servicing activities, including invoicing and settlements
• Identify potential service issues and coordinate with teams for timely resolution
• Support renewals, service reviews, RFPs and client presentations
• Work with clients to improve standardisation of account, statement and claims information
• Review incoming client information and coordinate its processing with international teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency using Gallagher-approved technology and AI tools

Overview

As a Client Service Advocate – Reinsurance, you'll be a key point of contact for our clients in Paris, coordinating their servicing requirements and connecting them with our broking, accounting and operational teams. Working in an international environment, you'll oversee the post-placement service journey, help resolve issues and bring structure and consistency to client processes. Your work will contribute directly to a responsive, reliable and high-quality client experience.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Own the day-to-day servicing relationship for assigned clients, providing a consistent local point of contact for service-related matters
• Coordinate post-placement activities between clients, brokers, technical processing and accounting teams, ensuring requirements and priorities are clearly communicated
• Maintain oversight of contractual and financial servicing activities, including invoicing, settlements, outstanding items and agreed actions
• Identify potential service issues or delays early and coordinate with the appropriate teams to support timely resolution
• Support renewals, service reviews, RFPs and client presentations, bringing relevant servicing insights and information to the process
• Work closely with clients to improve and standardise the way account, statement, claims and other servicing information is provided, helping simplify downstream processing
• Review incoming client information and coordinate its onward processing with our international servicing teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement and greater efficiency, including the appropriate use of Gallagher-approved technology and AI tools to support data preparation and validation

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience in technical accounting, client servicing or a related insurance or reinsurance function, with a good understanding of post-placement processes
• Fluency in French and English, enabling you to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues in an international environment
• A strong client-service mindset and the ability to build credible, trusted relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
• Confidence working with contractual, accounting and payment-related information, combined with strong attention to detail
• An organised and proactive approach, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities, follow up on agreed actions and identify potential issues
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain requirements clearly while bringing different stakeholders together
• An interest in improving processes and ways of working, particularly around client data, standardisation and efficient information flows
• Comfortable working with digital and data tools, with an openness to using approved technology and AI solutions to improve efficiency
