A global leader in insurance and risk management seeks an experienced professional to lead the Captive Reinsurance segment. You will shape strategy, drive growth, and build a high-performing team while fostering strong relationships within the Captive community. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in the industry, a proven track record in relationship management, and a passion for strategic business development. This role offers flexibility in location with key hubs across Europe, including Paris.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior experience in the Captive insurance or broking industry.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships within the Captive community.
• Consultancy experience is a plus.
• Consultancy experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus; flexible with location.

About You

• You’re a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of senior experience in the Captive insurance or broking industry.
• You have a proven track record of building strong relationships and opening doors within the Captive community.
• You’re driven, strategic, and passionate about building a successful business segment.
• Consultancy experience is a plus, but not essential.
• You’re fluent in English, and knowledge of any other European language is a plus. You’re flexible with location and willing to work in one of our key hubs: London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome, or Paris.
