Job summary
Alma, Paris-based fintech, is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of large merchants. You will build strong relationships, deliver insights and identify growth opportunities to maximize Alma’s value for partners. You will collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Retail Training and Merchant Support teams.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales or account management in a related field.
- Coachable with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage, negotiate and retain a portfolio of large accounts, establishing trustful relationships with Alma’s merchants.
- Deliver meaningful insights by analysing merchant performance to provide strategic guidance.
- Identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and develop strategic plans with merchants.
- Be the voice of merchants by sharing feedback with Product & Engineering to improve the solution.
