Job summary

Tracklab in Paris is hiring two Senior Account Executives to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to signature, selling our software platform to mid-market and larger industrial companies. You will pursue key accounts, engage executives, and build ROI justifications.

The role emphasizes multi-stakeholder deals, a 50k base + 50k variable package with 100k OTE, and an office-first setup in Montmartre with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of full-cycle closing in B2B software with measurable results.
• Ability to run multi-stakeholder deals and present to executives.
• Comfort selling to C-level buyers and across procurement, regulatory, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales from prospecting to signature.
• Close mid-market and larger industrial clients with deals from 50k to 130k euros.
• Sell to executives and steering committees across departments.
• Generate pipeline and defend a forecast with strong quota attainment.
