Keoni is seeking an experienced project management professional to lead the operational management of a multi-site project. You will coordinate stakeholders, govern committees, and ensure performance dashboards and KPIs are up to date, with a focus on timely delivery and resource adequacy.

You will monitor contracts and financials, advise on continuous improvement, and manage risks across the mission, leveraging V-model, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.

• Proven experience managing complex projects with strong governance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Operationally manage all projects under the Project Management Team (MOE) with consolidated visibility.
• Estimate workload and duration of activities; allocate resources and manage staffing.
• Identify and manage risks; propose corrective actions; track progress and adjust schedules.
• Prepare and lead steering committees and operational monitoring committees with the client.
• Update dashboards and consolidate indicators for decision-making; monitor performance with KPIs.

Context: Our client wishes to entrust an experienced professional with the operational management of a project primarily focused on project management. This project takes place within an environment encompassing multiple construction sites, resources to coordinate, contractual and financial commitments to monitor, and governance bodies to prepare and facilitate. The objective is to ensure visibility, adherence to deadlines, adequacy of resources, risk management, and continuous improvement of services.Mission: To ensure the overall and operational management of the mission, coordinate stakeholders and guarantee the monitoring of projects entrusted to the project management team. The incumbent organizes governance, consolidates performance indicators, ensures the safe execution of services and advises the client in a continuous improvement and innovation approach.Responsibilities and Expected Deliverables 1. Mission Management • Operationally manage all projects, the primary management of which is entrusted to the Project Management Team (MOE), and provide consolidated visibility. • Progressively estimate the workload and duration of project activities and tasks. • Allocate resources and manage the workload plan for stakeholders. • Ensure the necessary staffing for the execution of the mission and its alignment with the workload plan. • Identify and manage risks, then propose and monitor corrective actions. • Track progress, produce regular reports, and adjust schedules. Deliverables: project management tools, workload and staffing plan, updated schedule, alerts, and action plans.2. Governance • Prepare and lead steering committees and operational monitoring committees with the client. Deliverables: agenda, meeting materials and minutes.3. Dashboards • Update dashboards and consolidate indicators useful for decision-making. Deliverable: updated dashboards.4. Performance and Financial Monitoring • Monitor performance using appropriate indicators. • Track orders, receipts, invoices, and corresponding amounts. Deliverable: dashboard for performance monitoring, indicators, orders, receipts, and invoices.5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation • Advise the client on the continuous improvement plan. • Organize the Innovation Committee and formalize the recommendations. Deliverable: recommendations integrated into the steering committee materials or presented in another suitable format.Required Skills • Proficiency in project management and coordination of construction sites. • Ability to create and maintain schedules, workload plans, and staffing arrangements. • Expertise in workload estimation, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. • Proficiency in risk management, alerts, and corrective action plans. • Ability to develop dashboards, define indicators, and produce clear reports. • Experience in preparing, facilitating, and formalizing governance bodies. • Knowledge of contractual and financial monitoring: orders, deliveries, invoicing, and reconciliation of amounts. • Excellent analytical, summarization, written, and oral communication skills. • Ability to advise, formulate recommendations, and support continuous improvement.Technical Skills • Proficiency in V-model, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies. • Proficiency in planning, workload tracking, and project portfolio management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools. • Sound understanding of information system architectures, application environments, and application interfaces. • Knowledge of design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production release processes. • Ability to manage requirements, changes, anomalies, and technical dependencies. • Proficiency in reporting and KPI visualization tools, including advanced Excel and Power BI or equivalents. • Knowledge of IT service management practices and ITIL processes. • Understanding of information system security, data protection, and compliance issues, particularly with regard to the GDPR. • Ability to analyze architecture documents, functional and technical specifications, and testing strategies. • Good command of Microsoft 365 collaborative and document tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.Required Profile • Advanced degree in project management, information systems, engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in managing complex projects, ideally within a project management environment and an organization subject to strict governance requirements. • Demonstrated experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing external service providers. • Rigor, autonomy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize. • Consultative approach, proactive, and the ability to raise factual concerns. • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to interact effectively with operational and decision-making stakeholders. • Results-oriented, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.Application: CV + cover letter + copies of diplomas to be sent to [e-mail]
