In this context, they must design a "core model" information system and integrate all existing information systems, with the ultimate goal of completely shutting down the acquired company's IT system.MISSIONS To successfully complete this transformation, several key steps are necessary: \_ cleaning up legacy IT systems (ERP, CRM, production tools, data, etc.), \_ duplication or creation of components not currently present in the core model, \_ deduplication of data and applications, \_ and then complete decommissioning of the old IT systems, in order to converge towards a single IT system. This project must be completed within a strict timeframe of 8 months.
